To me on the other hand evil really gets on its own when it is big organized war machines of death, and 1984 style oppressive organized evil. The lesser evil of chaos, the Joker evil, while
"Well, because he thought it was good sport. Because some men aren't looking for anything logical, like money. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned, or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world burn."
It is only a natural disaster that does away fairly quickly - an illness. LE is more profound, more corrupting.
